I had a quick response to my initial enquiry about the car I was interested in and was able to arrange a viewing and test drive at a time and date convenient to me. At the showroom the necessary paperwork was completed quickly by John Crichton (sales) who was able to answer any questions I had. There was no high pressure selling and I was free to take the test drive, on my own, and had plenty of time to do so. I was happy with the car and its presentation and the actual sales process was simple and straightforward.

I was unable to open the bonnet on my car. On contacting the service department I was asked if I could bring the car in in the afternoon. To solve the problem required the bumper to be removed and re-fitted. Not a small job!

Called in without an appointment with a suspected faulty battery. Checked it straight away and advised yes was faulty and would replace under warranty, no issues. Battery available a few days later and fitted while I waited. Whole experience was without issue whatsoever.
